Esther Penner, CEO, Founder, Author and Practitioner of Merlin’s Code
A visionary of hope and personal mastery for the youth of the 21st Century.
Responding to her passionate belief that every young person has the right and the ability to be a winner, she adapted Merlin's map for personal mastery into an accessible format for the youth of the 21st century. In a time and space when hope among our youth seems dangerously elusive, she brings a code of ancient wisdom, forged in the fires of love and shaped to answer the yearning for direction among our youth. Focusing on personal strengths, individuals learn to use the 12 qualities of chivalry to forge an alliance within self and to make self-empowered choices.
While serving on the Board of Directors of a successful industrial manufacturing and repair enterprise, she participated in its day-to-day management, providing leadership in the areas of accounting, marketing and human resource, as well as responding to the IT needs of management. Having gained extensive experience and knowledge in all levels of corporate management and ownership, Penner went on to create a consulting firm that provided operational management support to small business owners.
Esther Penner holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in psychology and education and is a lifetime student of human behavior and the human psyche. Merlin’s Code is her response to an unwavering vision of hope for our future and for our young people.
Our Mentors
Our mentors are a valuable resource to our Squires and Knights. They are trained not just to know the qualities of chivalry, but to also live them. And just as importantly, they are people who have proven themselves capable and willing to interact with young people in a way that encourages each individual to be his or her best self.
